I'm not sure what OHSA would say about this. But at least the job got done. For some reason the barn door hangings keep coming loose. I'm sure glad I have someone around to fix them!

My photo titled 'The Old Bank Barn' won 2nd place in a photography contest. I have to thank everyone who comments on this blog for your lovely remarks about that particular shot...as it gave me the courage to enter it. A Happy Jack

A very happy JRT enjoying our Indian Summer here in Western PA! Not the sharpest of pictures....but I love her happy go lucky face. Not to mention those short stout legs of hers.

Saving baler twine for a rainy day? Seems a bit crazy as we generate a never ending supply of used twine around here.

I've been neglecting little man. Poor pony. I snapped his picture tonight. Black and white pony gets a black and white photograph!

Bye Bye Black Fly

The pesky black flies are all but gone now. A couple of hard frosts saw to that. The above picture is of a horse hair fly whisk to use while riding, to help with fly control, put away till next year....I'm happy to report.
