Thanks Gail. Meg has a pretty good coat. But she wears a blanket when she's in the barn. I like to turn her out with out it so she can 'air' herself out. Samson...the horse facing the camera usually wear a winter blanket...but so far this year he hasn't needed one. He's pretty wooly but from this angle you really can't tell
You still seem to have lots of snow around your part of the world. We just had the most awesome weekend where we spent most of the time in the pool.
As for your question on the fisherman. I have a prosumer camera so it doesn't work with lenses other than its own automatic lense. I added the border using the "spotlight" application in the Kodak Easyshare software (which even though I upgrade a long time ago from the compact camera its still an easy to use program to enhance my pics)

Beautiful, worth a thousand words. I see no winter coat.

Isn't that what we all want as we get a little older - the companionship of our friends, old & young, two and four-legged...

This picture takes my breath away!
Thanks Sara!
I think that I might crop it a bit...the tree growing out of the withers is getting annoying.
Thanks Tami for the wonderful compliment!
I just love that color of their winter coats! Beautiful catch! :)
